If you could be a dog, what type of dog would you be & why: “Any mixed breed dog so I could continue to prove the awesomeness of rescuing!”
One favorite memory with an animal: “In 2015, I walked into Austin Pets Alive looking for a puppy – not just any puppy, but my first ever rescue. I walked past several cages, all of which had adorable options in them, until I came to a cage with one little 9 week old puppy who was a beautiful rich brown color with white markings. She was sitting there looking up at me with her big brown eyes like she knew me. As soon as I made eye contact with her, she lifted her little white-tipped paw and put it on the cage. I knew immediately I had to hold her and as soon as I did, she licked my cheek. That was it – decision made. I was meant to be her mommy, and she was coming home with me to be my best friend. I have never felt a more instant connection.”
Favorite thing about bringing pets to weddings: “Pets bring out the best in people. I love the idea of a couple looking back years from now and remembering the things their dog(s) did on their wedding day to make them smile.”

If you could be a dog, what type of dog would you be & why: “American Bully because all the American Bullies I’ve came into contact with have just been sweethearts and I love the way they carry themselves.”
One favorite memory with an animal: “Playing hide and seek with any dog I am around.”

If you could be a dog, what type of dog would you be & why: “I would be a Newfoundland or a German Shephard because I love how protective they are of their family, but also are the best snugglers!”
One favorite memory with an animal: “When I adopted my first dog from North Carolina, Sheba. I volunteered at the shelter and Sheba would only eat when I sat in the cage with her. She was so scared of everyone so she ended up coming home with me!”
Favorite thing about bringing pets to weddings: “I had Furever & Fur Always take care of my fur babies during my wedding and was able to feel that joy of having them there on our special day! Pets are such an important part of peoples lives and families so having them on your wedding day makes everyone’s happiness complete!”
